Lead Physiotherapist – Band 7
Location: Surrey
Salary: £46,148 – £52,809 (DOE) | Hours: 37.5 (Full-time, part-time considered)
Based in a modern 48-bed facility, my client provide specialist residential care for adults recovering from acquired brain injuries, strokes, and incomplete spinal injuries, often with complex physical, cognitive, or communication needs.
As Lead Physiotherapist, you’ll assess, treat, and manage clients, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLTs, nurses, and psychologists. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation and mentoring physiotherapy staff. Regular supervision, reflective practice, and funded CPD opportunities support your growth.
