Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £12.25–£12.75 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join our fast-paced food production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately picking and packing food products according to order specifications
Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing area
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Working within a freezer environment – temperatures can be cold
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Comfortable working in cold conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
