Warehouse Operatives / Pickers - Days & Nights Available 📦
📍 Tamworth | Immediate Starts Available | Full MHE Training Provided
Looking for a long-term warehouse role with great hours, excellent rates of pay, and opportunities to develop new skills?
The Best Connection is recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Pickers for a leading distribution company based in Tamworth. Whether you're experienced or looking to build your warehouse career, full training will be provided, including the opportunity to gain experience operating MHE equipment.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
As part of a busy and friendly warehouse team, your duties will include:
✅ Picking orders using a hand scanner
✅ Palletising stock ready for dispatch
✅ Replenishing stock within the warehouse
✅ Shrink-wrapping pallets
✅ General housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment
✅ Training and operation of MHE equipment including:

LLOP
PPT
💷 Pay Rates
🌞 Days: £12.71 per hour
🌙 Nights: £13.83 per hour
🕒 Choice of Shift Pattern
📅 3 Days On / 3 Days Off
⏰ Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
⏰ Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00
