Our client, a well-established leader in high-end logistics, is seeking a Picker / Packer Associate to become an integral part of their operations team. This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring that every parcel reflects a commitment to excellence.
Location: Andover
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £26,291
The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring every order is picked, checked, and packed to the highest standards. From handling delicate products to creating a flawless unboxing experience, your work will directly impact client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare high end products with precision
Conduct quality control checks to ensure flawless presentation
Pack orders to a great standard, ensuring a premium client experience
Collaborate with inventory and customer service teams to meet tight deadlines
