Working Pattern: Full-Time | Multiple Shift Options Available
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Sun-Thurs, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company, is seeking a Picker / Packer to join their friendly and hard-working team in Bury St Edmunds. This role offers long-term potential with the opportunity to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution
Use scanners to track stock and manage inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas
Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
Perform quality checks to ensure high standards are met
What We're Looking For:
Previous picking/packing experience preferred but not essential
Great attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable working in cold store environments
A proactive, team-focused attitude
