Ambitek are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Pipe Fabricator to join our clients workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in stainless steel and carbon steel pipe fabrication, who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
🔩 Key Responsibilities:
*
Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
*
Interpreting technical drawings and pipe schematics
*
Working with various pipework techniques including:
*
Cutting, bending, welding (TIG/MIG as required)
*
Threaded pipework and fitting assembly
*
Ensuring work is completed to required tolerances and safety standards
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
🛠️ Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a pipe fabricator in a workshop setting
*
Strong knowledge of stainless steel and carbon steel materials
*
Experience with threaded pipework is essential
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Skilled in use of workshop tools and fabrication machinery
*
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Must have own transport & either CSCS or CCNSG
