Job Title: Pipe Forming Assembly Operative
Location: Denham
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year
The Role
A precision engineering company in Denham is looking for a Pipe Forming Assembly Operative to join their production team. You will be responsible for assembling, forming, and hand-fitting pipes to exact specifications, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  * Cut and shape pipes using electric saws and pipe bending machines.
  * Hand-fit pipes into assemblies, using digital measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  * Inspect components against quality standards and maintain accurate documentation.
  * Monitor tools and equipment, arranging recalibration or replacement as needed.
  * Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve production targets.
Skills & Experience Required
  * Experience in pipe assembly, forming, or fabrication (non-welding).
  * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  * Basic manufacturing or engineering experience.
  * Understanding of health & safety policies and COSHH regulations.
  * SAP experience is desirable.
  * Mechanical apprenticeship is an advantage.
