Salary: £30,000 per year
The Role
We’re seeking a Pipe Forming Assembly Operative to join a precision engineering team based in Denham. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, forming, and hand-fitting pipes as part of the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Cut and shape pipes using electric saws and pipe bending machines.
Hand-fit pipes to form blocks, using digital measuring equipment to ensure precision.
Inspect components in line with quality standards and complete relevant documentation.
Monitor tools and equipment, arranging for replacement or recalibration as required.
Collaborate with your team while also working independently to meet production goals.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in pipe assembly, forming, or fabrication (non-welding).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic manufacturing or engineering background.
Understanding of health & safety policies and COSHH regulations.
Experience with SAP desirable.
Mechanical apprenticeship is a plus.
