Job Description

We're currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our client's busy workshop in Widnes.

This is a bench-based workshop role, so we're looking for candidates with previous pipefitting experience who are confident working from engineering drawings and carrying out fabrication and assembly work to a high standard.

📍 Location

Widnes

📅 Duration

  * 4 weeks initially

  * Potential for extension for the right candidate

💷 Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella)

  * Basic: £24.05 per hour

  * Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour

      * After 8 hours Monday–Friday

      * First 6 hours on Saturday

  * Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour

      * After 6 hours on Saturday

      * All day Sunday

🛠️ The Role

  * Bench-based workshop pipefitting

  * Fabricating and assembling pipework

  * Working from engineering drawings and isometric drawings

  * Measuring, preparing and fitting pipework

  * Maintaining high quality and safety standards

✅ Requirements

  * Proven pipefitting experience

  * Experience working in a workshop/fabrication environment

  * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
