Pipes Assembly Technician
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Location: Near Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 / Fri 08:00–Midday (37 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established engineering business near Gerrards Cross, supporting the production of safety-critical components in a busy workshop environment.
As a Pipes Assembly Technician, you’ll be responsible for shaping, assembling, and inspecting precision metallic pipework and small assemblies, playing a hands-on role in producing key sub-components for larger systems.

Interpreting engineering drawings and build instructions
Cutting metal parts to size using electric saws and hand tools
Bending and forming intricate pipework using workshop machinery
Completing assemblies with adhesives and handheld tools
Following SOPs and quality standards throughout the build process
Recording work and tracking progress using SAP (ERP system)
Conducting visual inspections and checking part conformancePipes Assembly Technician Requirements:
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
Experience with workshop tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, pipe benders, adhesives)
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Previous experience in plumbing, piping, or mechanical assembly (advantageous)
