About the role:
As Retail Catering Manager, you will lead our team to deliver exceptional catering services across our new pizza restaurant and bar. Your strong knowledge of food safety, stock control, and customer service in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support catering teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Manage financial procedures, including cash handling and stock control
* Maintain health and safety compliance for staff and customers
* Collaborate with sales and corporate teams on event planning
* Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle feedback
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in QSR or pizza-focused catering environments
* Strong leadership and customer service skills
* Relevant food handling and safety qualifications (e.g., HACCP, COSHH)
* Enthusiastic, passionate about catering, with a drive to grow sales
