Elevate projects are Working in partnership with our client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join their busy Planned works team.
About the role
As a Planned Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out surveys to assess the condition of housing stock.
* Developing, monitoring, and delivering planned maintenance and investment programmes.
* Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and cost estimates.
* Managing contracts and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Working closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to ensure minimal disruption and excellent customer service.
* Supporting the asset management strategy to improve energy efficiency and sustainabilityBefore You Apply
