Social housing provider in Cambridgeshire are currently looking for a Planned Works Manager to join their property and sustainability team.
The overall purpose of the role is to lead all planned maintenance investment works for the client:
* Delivering planned maintenance investment works and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects to create sustainable, energy-efficient social housing.
* Managing contracts and contractor relationships through the investment work programmes.
* Working closely with stakeholders within our organisation and within key partner organisations.
* Accountable for the setting and delivery of budgets in line with the organisational goals and guaranteeing value for money is achieved.
* Focusing on developing a positive and motivating employee culture.
* Ensure customers receive a well-planned, safe and effective service which meets best practice in resident liaison and communication.
You will act as a leader for all capital investment works for the organisation, including warmer homes, sustainability and decarbonisation projects.
Strong decarbonisation social housing experience is esstential for this role.
