Planned Works Manager required for a housing provider in Newport.
The role will involve the following duties,
* Management of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
* Staff management.
* Development of processes for project delivery.
* Budget management.
* Ensuring relevant CDM and documents are collected.
* Reporting into Head of Asset Management.
