INTERIM SENIOR PROJECT LEAD – DECENT HOMES PROGRAMME
South England Council | £500–£550 per day | Initial 6 Weeks (Likely to Extend) | Hybrid – Office & Site-Based
I'm working with a local authority in the South of England who are looking for a Senior Project Lead to take ownership of several live Decent Homes projects.
This is a high-impact interim role, covering a large-scale programme of works including kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, roofs, and insulation – with a total value of £28 million.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage complex capital projects within housing
🔹 Oversee live works and keep delivery on track (budget, scope, programme)
🔹 Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents
🔹 Ensure regular stakeholder communication and risk management
🔹 Provide leadership to delivery teams on the ground
Role Details:
Covering sick leave – approx. 6 weeks (likely to be extended)
Immediate start preferred
Minimum 1 day in office per week + regular site visits
£500–£550/day (Inside IR35)
