Leading a small team of two surveyors and two administrators, responsible for ensuring capital and cyclical works are running to programme.
* Needs demonstrable experience in planned maintenance
* Contractor meetings
* Quality inspections
* Responding to complaints and resolving.
* Ensuring invoices are checked and processed
* Making decisions on in year referrals
