Job Description
Niyaa people are currently working with a social landlord in Gloucestershire that are looking for a Building Surveyor in their asset team on a perm basis due to an in-house promotion.
Overall Purpose of the Building Surveyor role:
Supporting the organisations Planned Programme by managing large scale contracts.
Deliver investments and improvements across the organisations stock
Oversee the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts
lead on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration
Ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards,
Desired experience/ qualifications:
Experience in working in a social housing setting
Qualified building surveyor (desired)
Experience managing large scale planned works projects
Building Surveyor role benefits:
30 days per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays
