Job Description
Currently working with a client in Hampshire currently recruiting for a Planned Works Surveyor position with a focus on delivering kitchen/bathroom projects as well as retrofit schemes on existing buildings.
The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within the public sector to oversee projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Ensure all projects are on time and within budget
Oversee all works from inception to completion
Report progress to line managerRequirements
Experience in leading small and large scale projects
Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HNDPackage
6+-month contract
Negotiable rate DOE
Potential for hybrid work programmes
