Location: Dublin
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000 - €75,000
About the Role
Our client, a top-tier residential developer, is hiring a Planner to join their high-performing team. In this role, you'll help plan and track housing development projects from design to delivery.
What You'll Do
Keep project schedules and master construction programmes up to date
Assist with reviews, phasing plans, and handover strategies
Monitor timelines and highlight risks
Support early-stage and pre-construction programming
Collaborate with Design, PMO, and site teams
Help maintain progress dashboards and reporting
What You'll Need
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
Residential construction experience preferred
Scheduling tool knowledge a plus (but not essential)
Detail-focused and highly organised
Great communication and team collaboration skills
Driving licence and flexibility to travel
