M&E Planner – Liverpool

£60,000 - £70,000 DOE | Permanent |

Office-Based | Northwest & Yorkshire Projects

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Planner to join a friendly and supportive team based in Liverpool, working on a range of exciting schemes across the Northwest and Yorkshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ planning experience who understands mechanical and electrical building services and wants to play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  * Planning and coordinating M&E building services works across multiple projects.

  * Working closely with Mechanical & Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities.

  * Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.

  * Monitoring progress against programmes and keeping schedules up to date.

  * Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.

  * Identifying clashes, delays and programme risks before they become problems.

  * Producing progress reports and maintaining accurate planning documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  * 2–4 years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within an industrial environment.

  * Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.

  * Experience using ASTA and Microsoft Office.

  * Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

  * Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm
