Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Are you an organised and proactive planner with experience in manufacturing environments? We’re currently seeking a Production and Materials Planner to join a well-established electronics engineering company based in Waterlooville.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and project deadlines
Coordinate material requirements, stock levels, and procurement activities
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of components and materials
Liaise with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to streamline workflow
Resolve material shortages, delays, or scheduling conflicts effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning and materials usage
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a planning or materials coordination role, ideally in electronics or manufacturing
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in using planning or MRP/ERP systems
A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
