Job Description

Superb opportunity to join a leading client within the aviation industry. We are looking for a Planning & Analytics SME (Developer) to play a key role in supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams and to deliver high-quality planning solutions across the organisation. The contract is initially for 6-months outside IR35. The business follows a hybrid work pattern with a requirement to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with FP&A stakeholders to understand, prioritise, and translate their planning and analytics needs into actionable development requirements. * Assess and validate changes to existing planning models and solutions, working cross-functionally to determine business impact and communicating updates effectively. * Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues, helping to remove blockers and ensure successful project progression. * Define and manage requirements, maintaining accurate status updates and documentation within the ticket management system. * Develop solutions within TM1, following agreed development standards, release processes, and best practices. * Conduct thorough testing of new and updated solutions, supporting refinement and adjustments to ensure high-quality delivery. * Produce clear documentation for all solutions, ensuring smooth handover into BAU support teams. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Strong background in TM1 development (Planning Analytics). * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with FP&A or financial planning teams highly desirable. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented developer with a passion for delivering robust planning and analytics solutions, we’d love to hear from you
