I am currently seeking an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor to one of our client based in Seascale, Cumbria
to oversee our Planning and Helpdesk team ensuring KPIs are met and reports are delivered on
time and to the required standard.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support and training to the Planning and Helpdesk teams,
- Conduct performance reviews for staff,
- Prepare briefing packs for dissemination by team leaders and supervisors,
- Monitor KPI performance, preparing reports and escalating issues proactively to
mitigate risks and address concerns,
- Implement, monitor, and manage processes for recording tool and uniform
provision, as well as tool and equipment calibration,
- Assist in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
● Experience managing teams
● Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft office packages
● Experience in training and coaching staff
● Working background in a Logistics or Planning setting is beneficial
● Motivated, driven and adaptable personality
