We're looking for a talented and commercially astute Planning Manager to join our established regional team, taking the lead on planning strategy across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes. The patch is Greater London, Beaconsfield & Hertfordshire.
About the Role:
As Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the region’s land and planning objectives. You will manage the planning process from site acquisition through to determination, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications for residential developments
*
Engage proactively with planning authorities, consultants, landowners, and local stakeholders
*
Advise internal teams on planning risks, constraints, and opportunities
*
Prepare planning strategies to support land bids and new site appraisals
*
Keep abreast of local and national planning policy changes and ensure compliance across projects
*
Support legal agreements (e.g. S106) and planning appeals as necessary
About You:
*
Proven experience in a planning role, either client-side or consultancy
*
Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policy, and process
*
Residential development experience highly desirable
*
Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills
*
MRTPI qualified (or working towards) preferredBefore You Apply
