New Opportunity: Planning Validations Officer Needed! Fully Remote!
One of my Local Authority Clients is seeking a Planning Validations Officer. They are happy to wait out notice periods and promise competitive rates and high amounts of contract security with an extension almost guaranteed.
Here are the details:
- Initial 6-month Rolling contract
- Competitive rate up to £30 per hour (experience-dependent)
- Fully Remote
Responsibilities include:
- Validating a range of submissions such as full applications, outline applications, and reserved matters
- Experience with both minor and major application validations
- Proficiency in Uniform and technical document systems like Idox
