Plant Operator / Plant Driver - Immingham - Immediate Start
Job Type: Full-time | Shift Work | 176 hours per month guaranteed
Salary: £12.21 - £15.07 per hour + Overtime
Do you have experience operating plant machinery and want a stable, long-term role with excellent development opportunities? Join our team at Stafforce, based in Immingham, and help keep our port and logistics operations running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of plant machinery (e.g., loading shovel, telehandler, excavator, skid steer, Tug, Tipper, RoRo) to move and manage materials on site.
Carry out daily pre-start checks and report maintenance issues.
Load and unload bulk materials safely and efficiently.
Work alongside warehouse and yard teams to maintain smooth site operations.
Follow all Health & Safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Assist with general yard or warehouse duties when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating plant machinery in a port, warehouse, construction, or logistics environment.
Valid/ expired/ in house plant operator tickets/licences (NPORS, CPCS, or equivalent).
Strong safety awareness and the ability to work in busy operational areas.
Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or nights when required.
