Plant Fitter/Foreman (Progression to Plant Manager)
£46,000 - £48,000 DOE + Training + Progression + Company Van + Specialist Tools + Local Patch + Excellent Company Benefits
Local Patch, Ideally Located: Livingston, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Coatbridge
Are you a Plant Fitter / Foreman looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will have the chance to develop personally and progress into senior management?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading supplier within their industry, who have an excellent reputation and somewhere that prioritises their staff with their personal development.
In this role you will be overseeing a local patch as well as being workshop based when required. You will be assisting the Plant Manager with organisation, as well as using your skills to help service and repair heavy plant equipment when required.
This role would suit a Plant Fitter looking to take the next steps to move up in their career, someone ready to take on more responsibility and who's aim is to progress into a fully fledged Plant Manager.
The Role:
PPM, repairing and servicing plant equipment within their 8 local sites.
Doing a mixture of administrational work, as well as still being hands on.
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm, 42 hours p/w.
The Person:
Someone ready to take on more responsibility within their career.
CSCS Card within date.
Plant/heavy mechanical background.
(Ideal) NVQ/SVQ in relevant discipline.
