Plant Mechanic
£50,000 - £57,000 + company vehicle for personal use, pension & overtime in addition

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Mechanic to join an industry leader that has worked on a large number of Wales' most high profile construction and mining projects over the past 3 decades.
As Plant Mechanic you will:
Use your experience to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in plant machinery.
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
Replace faulty parts, including engine components, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and braking components.
Be familiar with using diagnostic tools and manuals to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist with new installations and component upgradesWhat you'll need:
Experience of working with different types of heavy machinery ( excavators, front end loaders, screeners, crushers, telehandlers and dumpers )
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
The ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals as well as the ability to use diagnostic equipmentThis is a permanent role with great extra earning potential. Overtime is optional, not required and there is plenty of it.
