Job Description
We're Hiring: Plant Manager
Location: Preston
We're working exclusively with a leading manufacturer of chemical adhesives and coatings, who are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manager to lead their production operations and support our continued growth. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the plant and ensuring that the highest possible output standards are maintained.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met
Lead, develop, and motivate a small, skilled production team
Champion continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality
Foster a culture of teamwork, trust, and high performance
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven track record in driving continuous improvement
Deep understanding of quality control and process optimisation
