Are you an experienced Plant Operator who is looking to get into the Renewable Energy sector?
Do you have Anaerobic Digestion or process plant experience and want to join a company that values your skills?
Alecto Recruitment is exclusively working with an Owner and Operator in the Anaerobic Digestion sector - operating AD facilities that produce sustainable energy.
We're looking for a dedicated Plant Operator to join their night shift team, keeping operations smooth, safe, and efficient.

Keep energy and gas production running safely and efficiently.
Operate key plant systems and prepare feedstock for the next shift.
Maintain accurate logs, weighbridge records, and data entry.
Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, forklift, tractor, loading shovel).
Carry out routine checks, preventative maintenance, and lab testing.
Manage silage storage, ensure contractor compliance, and uphold safety standards.
What you'll need:
Ideally previous Anaerobic Digestion experience, however we welcome applications from similar process environments e.g. Waste, Recycling, Water and Chemicals etc.
Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
Mechanical, electrical, or process engineering background is a plus.
A team player with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
