We at RG Setsquare are hiring for the role of Plasterer (Temp)
Location: Yeovil
Pay Rate: 170P/Day
Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality construction and refurbishment projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth or decorative finish.
Prepare surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster and applying bonding agents.
Mix plaster to the correct consistency using manual or mechanical methods.
Repair damaged plaster work and match existing finishes where needed.Requirements:
Proven experience as a plasterer in residential, commercial, or refurbishment projects
Excellent trowel and finishing skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of various plastering techniques (e.g. skimming, float and set, dot and dab)
Good physical fitness and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding if required
