Plasterer – Social Housing Maintenance
Location: London - in and around surrounding areas
Pay: £680 per week (CIS)
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team working on social housing maintenance projects. If you have the right experience and qualifications, this is a great opportunity for long-term, consistent work with excellent weekly pay.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in a trade or City & Guilds qualification
Previous experience working in social housing is essential
Skilled in all aspects of plastering (patch work, full skims, bonding, etc.)
Full UK driving licence
Role Overview:
Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Ability to work independently and efficiently
