Job Title: Plasterer
Location: East London & Essex - Bow, Haringey, Islington, Tottenham, Romford, Chigwell, Barking & Dagenham
Rate: £24.24/hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Full-Time, Initial 4-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
Overtime: Saturday overtime at time and a half (subject to availability)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to carry out responsive and planned plastering repairs across residential properties in East and North London, as well as parts of Essex. This role focuses solely on plastering works, ensuring high standards of finish and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, and rendering
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Use a mobile device to log completed tasks and report any issues
Maintain van stock and ensure tools are in good working order
Identify and report follow-on works and health & safety concerns
Requirements
Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing or residential maintenance
Own hand tools required
Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 penalty points)
Basic DBS check (mandatory)
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and time management skillsBefore You Apply
