Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Enfield, working within the Legal Disrepairs Team. This is a practical, varied role within the social housing sector, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is happy to support wider team tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Internal plastering and skimming
*
Patch repairs
*
Wall and ceiling repairs
*
Making good after other trades
*
General maintenance duties (including basic painting and assisting other trades as needed)
Requirements:
*
Minimum 3 years' experience in social housing
*
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)
*
Own tools
*
Full, clean driving licence
*
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
*
Positive, flexible attitude – must be willing to "muck in" when needed
Additional Information:
