£20-21 ph CIS/Umbrella + van
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Blackburn, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.
Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:
Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
Maintaining van stock
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes#
Essential criteria of the Plasterer includes:
Full UK Driving License
Willingness to undergo basic DBS check
