Job Description
Job Title: Fabricator/Plater
Location: Nottinghamshire
Shifts: Nights (Mon-Thurs) 6pm-4.30am
Salary:
Nights - starting at £18.62 per hour
The Role:
A skilled fabricator / plater is required for a well-established engineering company based in Nottinghamshire. The job involves working on projects such as bridges and gantries.
The Candidate:
If you are looking to apply for this position, you must:
Be either apprentice trained, or a time served plater
Have previous experience of working with thick gauge mild steel.
Be able to work from engineering drawings under minimum supervision.
Be ready to assist in other areas of the business when required.
Experience using a crane would be desirable.The Client:
This is a structural engineering company that specialises in the design and manufacture of mild steel products for the transport sector.
