Key Responsibilities:
Deliver play-based, child-led learning sessions tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Gently introduce foundational literacy and numeracy skills in engaging, hands-on ways.
Foster social-emotional development, confidence, and a love of learning.
Support routines and transitions to create a sense of predictability and security.
Collaborate with parents to track progress and adjust learning goals as needed.
Who You Are:
A qualified teacher, tutor, early childhood educator, or experienced homeschooler.
Passionate about alternative education approaches (e.g. Montessori, Reggio, Steiner, unschooling).
Experienced in working with children who are neurodivergent, sensitive, or have had limited exposure to structured learning environments (a bonus but not essential).
Creative, patient, warm, and adaptable.
Confident designing learning activities without relying on a formal curriculum.How to apply:
