Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a PLC Control Engineer to join a leading global engineering automation business, offering full training & support.

Shift
The right PLC Control Engineer will support the site's maintenance and engineering team (Controls/Technically) within a site-based automation environment.
  * To support the PLC technical repairs
  * Prioritise system faults.
  * Error management.
  * Technical fault management, controllers and communications.
  * Adhering to agreed communication and fault processes.
  * Identifying any process failures
  * Targeting maintenance activities as identified
  * Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
  * Rectification and prevention of issues
  * Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, Ladder
Qualifications: PLC Control Engineer
  * ONC-HNC-HND or qualified engineering, OR BSc, or MSc
  * Electrical control system experience
  * Site-Based FMCG works/experiences.
