They are looking to recruit a Plot Sales Supervisor to join their dynamic Real Estate team. to assist their Fee Earners and conduct Plot Running casework in their fast-paced New Build team. This is a dynamic role that will put your residential conveyancing skills to the test. They are looking for someone who thrives on managing a high volume of files from start to finish and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the setting up all legal documents and sales packs.
* Issuing these within agreed timescales upon each new home reservation.
* Addressing all enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring contracts are exchanged within client deadlines.
* Completing each sale smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintaining seamless communication with clients and purchasers' solicitors throughout the transaction process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing and the ability to handle numerous files from inception through to completion. You will have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. A personable, enthusiastic, and confident manner with excellent customer service ability.
