Job Description
Temporary Plumber Required - Student Accommodation, Luton LU1 🔧
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable plumber for a two-week temporary assignment, starting ASAP, based in Luton (LU1). The role involves maintenance work within student accommodation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Replace and repair toilet flush mechanisms
Install or adjust hockey sticks (flush pipes)
Remove and replace shower traps
Carry out general plumbing maintenance and reactive repairs as needed The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of domestic plumbing systems and be capable of working independently to resolve issues efficiently. The list of tasks is extensive but not exhaustive, and flexibility to handle a variety of plumbing jobs is essential.
Requirements:
Proven experience in plumbing maintenance
Ability to diagnose and resolve common plumbing faults
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Immediate availability for a two-week temporary placement
