Plumber / Heating Engineer – Air Source Heat Pumps – Little Snoring, Norfolk
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing contract - long term work
Location: Little Snoring, Norfolk

Anglian Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a skilled Plumber / Heating Engineer to join their team on a long-term basis. This role will be based on high-end new build residential sites close to Little Snoring, Norfolk, working on new build properties where attention to detail and high-quality workmanship are essential.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems and a solid background in domestic plumbing and heating installations. While Gas Safe registration would be beneficial ( pay rate woudl differ) it is not essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Installation of air source heat pumps and associated heating systems
*
First and second fix plumbing work on new build residential properties
*
Carrying out work in line with current regulations and high-specification building standards
*
Collaborating with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth delivery of projects
*
Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site plumbing and heating issues
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*
Working independently or as part of a small team
Requirements:
*
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (Level 3 preferred)
*
Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs)
*
Strong background in plumbing and heating systems within new build or high-end domestic environments
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
CSCS card
*
Gas Safe qualification (advantageous but not essential)
*
Full UK driving licence and reliable transport
*
Own tools and PPE
*
Good communication skills and a professional approach
