Location: Borough of Lewisham
Salary: £41,580 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to carry out a range of repair and maintenance work across tenants’ and void properties within the Borough of Lewisham.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard
Ensure all associated works are carried out professionally, including:
Removing and refitting kitchen units
Wall and floor tiling
Installing skirting, panelling, and ducting
Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service to tenants
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified and experienced plumber
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
