Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS with a view to go perm paying up to £41,000. This role will be based out of Notting Hill covering West London. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am til 17:00pm

Carry out all plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids, and occupied.
Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.The Successful Plumber will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
Hold a plumbing qualificationBefore You Apply
