Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician / Plumber (NVQ Level 2 or 3 Essential)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Overtime

Our client is a long-established, family-run water treatment and water hygiene specialist with over 40 years’ industry experience. With a loyal workforce and a growing commercial client base, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business that genuinely invests in its people and offers long-term career stability.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a qualified Plumber / Water Hygiene Technician to join their dedicated team based from Biggleswade, delivering high-quality plumbing and water hygiene services across commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing works and installations to a high professional standard
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of commercial water systems
Support delivery of water hygiene and compliance services
Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Travel to client sites as required, with occasional staying away (2–3 nights per month)
The Ideal Candidate
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing – essential
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Based within Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire, with regular travel to the Biggleswade depot
Strong team player with good communication skills
Flexible to work overtime (typically 10–12 hours per week)
Willing to stay away from home occasionally
