About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our client on a large-scale student accommodation development in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work as part of an established mechanical team, helping to deliver high-quality plumbing installations across a multi-unit residential project.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within new-build student accommodation units
Carry out first and second fix works, including pipework, sanitary ware, drainage, and heating systems
Work from technical drawings and collaborate with site supervisors and other trades
Ensure all work meets current regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements
Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within residential or multi-unit construction
NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
Valid CSCS/JIB card
Strong understanding of building and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
