This is a great opportunity for a skilled Plumber looking to work across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

You'll be joining a growing maintenance team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services. With a steady workload, supportive management, and opportunities for progression, this role offers stability and variety in equal measure.

I'd be keen to hear from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Commercial Plumber, Reactive Repairs Plumber, or Plumbing Engineer.

As a Plumber you will be:
• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs across occupied and void properties
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining sanitary ware
• Completing first and second fix plumbing works
• Servicing pipework and supporting planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Working on hot water systems and associated plumbing installations
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
• Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Experience within property maintenance, facilities management, or commercial environments
• Strong domestic and commercial plumbing experience
• Experience carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance work
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to pass a Basic DBS check
