We’re on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Plumber to join a dynamic Repairs Services Team within a leading housing provider. If you’re passionate about top-quality workmanship, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive on helping others, this is the role for you!
Our client, is a leading housing association based in South East London offering this opportunity as a full time, permanent role paying £40,770.19 per annum + generous benefits.
What You’ll Do:
Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in tenanted homes
Deliver first-time-fix solutions wherever possible
Work with a friendly, multi-trade team
Use your skills to install, maintain, and adapt plumbing systems using modern materials and techniques
Represent the service with professionalism and care What You’ll Need:
City & Guilds (or equivalent) in plumbing
Time-served apprenticeship
Full UK driving licence
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Experience working in tenanted or social housing properties
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Your own basic tool kit
Desirable but not essential:
CSCS card
Knowledge of social housing practices
