Job Opportunity: Qualified Part P Plumber – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: East & North London
Salary: £800 – £950 per week (paid one week in arrears, LTD or CIS)
Start Date: ASAP
R9 Recruitment is seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber to join a reputable client working within the Social Housing sector. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, competitive pay, and long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plumbing Installation & Maintenance: Install and repair water systems including sinks, toilets, showers, and radiators.
* Electrical Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work in wet areas complies with Part P of the Building Regulations.
* Water Supply & Drainage: Maintain efficient water inflow and wastewater outflow systems.
* Leak & Blockage Repairs: Diagnose and fix common plumbing issues such as leaks and blockages.
Requirements:
* Part P Qualification
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
* 4+ years of experience, ideally within a social housing environment
