My client specialises in serving the rail, education, health, local authority, and church sectors throughout Southern England. They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute a range of plumbing duties including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), remedial work, and reactive fault resolution, consistently meeting client needs and deadlines.
* Identify and diagnose plumbing issues, providing comprehensive reports on required solutions.
* Collaborate effectively as part of a two-person team with a Senior Plumbing Engineer, or work autonomously when the task dictates, to perform general plumbing maintenance.
* Actively manage job progress within the live reporting system, ensuring strict adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Proactively evaluate the condition of plumbing plant, making informed recommendations and submitting "Life Expired" reports as appropriate.
* Contribute to the out-of-hours callout rota (1 in 4 weeks), providing essential cover for reactive faults from Monday to Friday (17:30-08:30) and throughout the entire weekend period (Friday 17:30 to Monday 08:30).
The successful candidate will have:
* Full UK drivers’ licence
* PTS Card/Qualification (desirable)
* NVQ in Plumbing
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Strong communication skills & attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
