Mobile Plumber
Are you a skilled Plumber looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity? Join a dynamic, supportive team as part of a leading maintenance service provider! As the Mobile Plumber, you will be covering a number of commercial buildings in the London Borough of Southwark, Van provided with fuel card.
You must be able to pass a DBS.
Key Responsibilities for the Mobile Plumber Role:
* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on building plant.
* Replacing and repairing sanitary ware, fixing leaks, and unblocking pipes.
* Working on AHUs, FCUs, heat exchangers, pumps, and associated pipework.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory building regulations (e.g., tap temperature checks and flushing).
What We’re Looking For:
* Plumber qualifications or related mechanical skills (certificates preferred).
* Strong plumbing expertise, ideally with experience in PPM on commercial buildings.
* A solid work history in building services maintenance.
